The next Navy SEAL Warrior Fund Gala Dinner will take place May 6, 2010 aboard the USS Intrepid. The USS Intrepid, commissioned in 1943, participated in World War II, the Space Race, the Cold War, and the Vietnam War. She is currently the home for the Intrepid Air and Space Museum, docked in New York City at pier 86, West 46th Street at 12th Avenue.

The SEAL Fund is proud to announce the $250,000 sponsorship of our fourth annual benefit donated jointly by TriWest Healthcare Alliance and their President and CEO, David J. McIntyre, Jr. and his family. Mr. McIntyre said "We're privileged through our contribution to honor the selfless service and sacrifice of those at the tip of the spear defending freedom around the globe. They are an example to us all, and we are in debt to them and their families."

We are also thrilled to present at the dinner, the 2010 "Navy SEAL Patriot Award" to Steven and Alexandra Cohen who embody the spirit of the Navy SEALs with their steadfast and generous support for and devotion to those who serve and sacrifice so that we may live in our great country with all the freedoms we enjoy. In addition, the 2010 "Fire in the Gut" award will be presented to Captain Richard Phillips (United States Merchant Marines) of the Maersk Alabama -- an extraordinary man whose bravery and selflessness made front page news after being freed from the clutches of Somali Pirates. While honoring the Cohens and Captain Phillips, we will also pay tribute to deceased and active duty SEALs and their families in whose honor the Fund was created.

The evening starts with a reception at 6:30 PM followed by dinner and a program at 7:30 PM. Tables of 10: $50,000*/ $25,000*/ $15,000 (Limited Availability) and Individual Ticket: $2,500 / $1,000.
